Warranty services are provided for the main body of the product, battery, and charger. The warranty period is based on the warranty card included with the product, with the warranty period starting from the date of sale or the next day after receiving the product.
Products damaged due to accidents, improper use, or unauthorized repairs not following the user manual are not covered by the warranty. Customers may be charged a service fee for repairing such products.
Customers must provide the purchase invoice (or proof of purchase) and the warranty card attached to the product (with the store stamp) as the basis for warranty calculation. If the customer cannot provide the above proof, the warranty period will be calculated based on the original shipment date from the manufacturer.
